How to Order

Our Online Buying system is finally here for UK customers. If you would like to order from outside the UK please contact us to reserve the item and for advice on delivery charges.

Online payments are processed by Paypal.

You do not need to have a Paypal Account and can use your credit or debit card.
You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal once payment has been accepted and we will contact you to advise on delivery.

Delivery and Postage Charges

We have a flat fee of £2.95 for standard postage within the U.K.

For online shop purchases this will be added at checkout.

Each item is handmade. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
If you require an item for a particular date please inform us when ordering and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
Please place Christmas orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment as we can only make limited numbers.



We hope you will be delighted with your 'Alice and Ginny' purchase. However if you are not satisfied please inform us within 7 days and return the items within 14 days with their original packaging, in a secure parcel, in original condition and with proof of purchase.
We will then arrange a replacement or full refund.

We regret we can not refund postage unless the item is damaged.

We are unable to give refunds on personalised orders.


Please note that all items are individually hand-crafted and all sizes given are approximate.
Products are described as accurately as possible however many
of the fabrics used are recycled and will vary, thus giving a unique quality.
We are always happy to discuss specific colour requests, queries or commissions with you.
